Concrete requires efficient superplasticizers. This study synthesized a ternary AA–TPEG–AMPS copolymer (molar ratio 12:1:1) by aqueous free-radical polymerization and compared it with a binary AA–TPEG copolymer (6:1). The ternary composition was a rational starting point, not a fully optimized formulation. Structures were characterized by FTIR, ¹H NMR, and GPC. Concrete properties included slump, slump retention, water reduction, density, zeta potential, air content, bleeding, setting time, and mechanical strengths. Compared with PCE-1, PCE-2 increased slump from 203 to 238 mm and water reduction from 37% to 44%, shifted zeta potential to −11.1 mV, and reduced slump loss. Density and strengths also increased; initial and final setting times reached 560 and 685 min. The results suggest that combining AMPS-derived ionic groups with TPEG side chains can improve dispersion and workability under the tested conditions. Polymer adsorption was not directly quantified, and comparison with a commercial superplasticizer remains for future work.
